Alarm Systems
01. Central station monitoring
By having a monitored intruder alarm system you are ensuring that your property is watched 24/7. Monitoring has a wide range of commercial, industrial and residential applications. As an authorised dealer for ADT alarm systems, 4Security works with ADT to offer customers a remote monitoring service around the clock. When activated, the Alarm Receiving Centre operators will immediately notify the emergency services in the event of a fire, break-in or personal attack. Key holders and building managers are also notified to ensure the premises are secure after an incident and to ensure that action is taken in the event of a power cut.
02. Redcare monitoring
Redcare monitoring connects your alarm system to a remote monitoring centre via a phone line. It also actively checks that the phone line is always there. With Redcare's intelligent continuous alarm monitoring service you are safe in the knowledge that your alarm will be delivered to the monitoring centre and acted on in seconds. Redcare is the only service to guarantee that your alarm signal will reach the monitoring centre, and so the only one to provide you with this level of service.
03. Insurance company approved
The National Security Inspectorate, formerly known as NACOSS, approves all 4Security intruder alarm systems. As well as reflecting our technical expertise and high quality business and operating standards, this approval has the benefit of being fully endorsed by the UK's leading insurers.
04. Police response
Local police forces are now subject to the ACPO Security Systems Policy 2000, which governs the response to monitored intruder alarm systems. The need for 'Alarm Confirmation' was introduced to the ACPO policy from January 2001. Alarm Confirmation is a means by which an Alarm Receiving Centre can confirm the presence of an intruder in a protected property. In the majority of cases, confirmation of an intruder can be achieved by having two different detectors activated one after the other. This is known as 'Sequential Confirmation'. 4Security monitored intruder alarm systems enjoy the benefits of 'LEVEL 1 - IMMEDIATE police response.'
